NIU, Mingzi (牛铭梓) is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Decisions, Operations and Technology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School.
Her research interests are primarily in microeconomic theory, with a focus on learning, dynamic games, mechanism design, and behavioral economics.
Prior to joining CUHK, Mingzi was an Azrieli Postdoctoral Fellow at the Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem during the academic year 2024-2025. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Rice University, an M.A. in Economics from Duke University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Banking and in Mathematics and Statistics from Peking University.
